1. Pricing information:

All prices include V.A.T. at 20%. Delivery to UK mainland locations is clearly shown with displayed prices. For non-UK mainland deliveries please ask about our low cost delivery options.

2. Order confirmation and order validation:

We will confirm your order by e-mail. Order confirmation is normally sent after we have validated credit/debit card details and received authorisation from the card issuers - Please note that this process can take up to 24 Hours.

3. Payment:

We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Delta and Maestro cards. Payments are securely processed by PayPal. We do not have access to any customer's credit card details. Payment will be debited to your account upon despatch of your order. If you do not wish to pay online, please contact us to arrange an alternative payment method.

4. Delivery of Goods:

Orders are usually dispatched in 7-14 working days, provided the goods are in stock and unless a longer delivery period is stated on the specific product page. You should normally receive your order in 7-14 working days.

In case of made to measure seat covers the dispatch time is 25-28 working days as these are made to your order. Please note that deliveries to N.Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, The Highlands and Islands of Scotland can take longer than 3-5 days to deliver, in addition to the dispatch time. If we are not able to meet this delivery time, we will contact your to arrange an alternative delivery date.

For certain regions our courier has higher delivery charges: Please call / email to confirm-  Ireland, Channel Islands/ Isles, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles ( TR21 & TR25), Scottish Islands including Hebrides, Shetlands and Orkneys, Scottish Highlands post codes: KW1 TO KW14, all IV postcodes, PA34/38/39, PH19 to PH26, PA30 to PA40, TH41, AB & KY postcodes. Isle of Wight.( We have tried to give you a list of most common post codes with higher postage. Please contact us to confirm the postage to your postcode)

5. Complaints and Queries:

We always try to offer a first-class level of service. If you are not happy with any aspect of our service or if you have any queries or comments then please let us know. You can contact us by e-mailing sales@seatcovers.org.uk.

6. Returns/Refund policy:

Please note that you do have the right to return a product or to cancel an order within the first 7 days following delivery - we do however reserve the right to refund your purchase minus any carriage/handling charges that we have incurred in delivering (as detailed below in sections 6.1 through to 6.3). Due to the nature of products offered, unless damaged, products must be returned unopened. 

6.1 Incorrect parts supplied: If we have supplied incorrect products, we will reimburse the full purchase price and return postage.
6.2 Correct parts supplied: If we have correctly supplied the product as ordered then we will reimburse the product costs minus a handling charge of 15% of the order value. Please note that you will also be responsible for the return carriage charges.
6.3 Product exchanges: If you wish to return a product for exchange then we reserve the right to deduct our initial postage fee. (i.e. the postal fee that we have incurred in delivering the first product to you.)

(The handling charge is to offset the costs incurred by ourselves in processing and shipping your order as requested).

(a) If you wish to return any item then please
 contact us to request a *Returns Number. This number helps us to deal quickly and efficiently with your refund. Please note that if this number is not clearly marked on the returned item then this may cause delays.

(b) Please note that we can only refund if goods are returned in the original packaging in "as new" condition.

(c) Attach a copy of the delivery note or invoice as proof of purchase and mark the package clearly with the *Returns Number.

7. Product information and product images:

Although we endeavour to provide you with the latest product information and to ensure that product images are identical to the items supplied, we cannot always guarantee that this will be the case. Product colours and styles can differ slightly from the published images dependant on your computer monitor.

8. Confidentiality of personal details:

Personal details are held confidentially. Please note that we never divulge personal details to any third party and any information supplied is used solely for the purpose of processing your order or sending you regular email bulletins (if requested). If you decide that you would like to leave our mailing list, please ask and we will remove all of your details.

9. Suitability of products:

Please note: It is your responsibility to ensure that the item that you have ordered is suitable for your vehicle based on the information that we have published on our website. If you are in any doubt as to the suitability of any product for your vehicle then please contact us for further advice before ordering. All application information is supplied by the product manufacturers and all dates used in product descriptions are dates of vehicle manufacture, they are not vehicle registration dates. If you are in doubt please contact us.
